Sundays are a great day for reflecting on what matters. I like to remember that some things always happen in life. I call these the constants. They are like the rules of the game that we are all playing.
Today, I will share my thoughts with you about what I consider common to us all. Remember to subscribe, share, and leave a comment on this post.
Constants of Life
Birth
It all starts here. The day you were born is when you joined the adventure of living. Maybe you have a special way to celebrate your birthday, or maybe it is just a quiet day with people you love.
Either way, that date marks the beginning of your story.
Happiness
We all know what this feels like, even if it differs for everyone. It might be a silly joke that makes you laugh until you cry, a warm hug from someone you care about, or just waking up healthy and strong.
Happiness changes; it comes and goes, but we all experience it. Sometimes, the best happiness is unexpected, like a surprise gift or a word of encouragement.
Sadness
This is another feeling we all share. Sometimes, things go wrong, or someone hurts our feelings. Sometimes, we are just sad and do not know why. It is okay to feel sad – it is part of life. But just like happiness, sadness does not last forever.
There are always ways to feel better, like talking to a friend, listening to your favorite music, or spending time in nature.
Death
This is the big rule, the one we do not like to consider. However, it happens to everyone eventually.
Death can be the end of life, but it can also be the end of other important things: a job, a relationship, or even a way of living.
Endings are part of every story, and while they can be hard, they also make way for new beginnings.
Keep Going and Keep Growing
Happiness and sadness come and go. That is why I try to make the most of happy times and remember that sadness will not last forever.
I try to find the good in every day and appreciate the moments I have. Life is about balance, both the good and the bad coming together.
These are just some of my thoughts on the constants of life. What do you think is always there, no matter what? Do you think about other things that happen to everyone?
Keep going and growing 💯. Two principles I try to live by ☺️.
